Apps transfer to a new iPad2.

Recently I purchased iPad 2 for my son, and after I checked its features and possibilities, I decided to buy another one for myself. In the meantime I downloaded some free and purchased some other apps. I'd like to have all the settings being transfer from iPad #1 to iPad #2. Including emails accounts, our friends and other contacts, and all my songs and videos... How can I do that? Somebody help me please. - Danny Novak.

You can make the new iPad be a mirror of the old using iTunes. To do, make a backup of the old iPad in iTunes. Then, connect the new iPad to iTunes for the first time. iTunes, at some point, will offer you an option to restore that iPad from a backup - select the backup you just made for the old iPad.

iTunes will do it's "magic" and when it's done, your second iPad will be just like the old one - all your settings, apps, files, etc. will be there.

Hope this helps.
