I am new to the iPad and found this app in the app store appsgonefree

Are these all full version paid apps that are free for a limited time?

If I have to do a complete restore on my phone will it still be free?

Some apps are made available for free from time to time. I'm not familiar with appsgonefree, because I prefer to get my information from the iPF newsteam. Right now, Infinity Blade is free, as was reported by Maura this week.

Once you have acquired an app it is yours. It doesn't matter if the promotion period is over. You can download it again for free, on any compatible device.
