I'm from brazil, here, the AppStore sucks, there isn't any game, song or movie. Somebody can explain me why?

Different countries have different regulations. Apple would like to offer everything in every country. But copyright, media regulations, local and national laws mean they're unable to.
Most Members who face this problem simply open an iTunes account in another country. It's easy to do and you don't need a credit card. You'll find lots of posts on how to do this.
