Any update about jailbreak 6.1.3 ipad mini ? Or migth be any new from IOS can will jailbreak ??

For all intents and purposes, there will be no further jail breaks made/released for iOS 6. So, no, there is no jail break for iOS 6.1.3, nor will there ever be one.

The only thing you can do (if you are on that iOS) is hope that (1) iOS 7 gets released quickly and (2) the jail break community will be able to jail break it [soon]. Sorry.
