It is presently too big and needs to be at least 80 x 80 pixels or 19.5 KB. Thanks again!!

You need to use an imaging program like photoshop, paintshop pro, paint etc, what program you use depends on whether you are using a mac or pc.

Open the image and resize it, then save and upload.
