Avid studio

I folks does anyone use avid studio. I have tried it and found it very good well till I sent it to my pc via iTunes, the problem is my pc does not know the file axmp.is there a program I can use to convert it into a file that the pc will know I would like to put the video I did onto a DVD and watch it on my tv. Just to see how good the iPhone 4 video camera is. Again. Thanks for reading

Off topic I know but are you using this on ipad? Reason I ask is that I can't get it as it's not available in the uk store.
