For those interested in receiving at no cost 'paid' apps including games, utilities, etc then there is a business called 'Instant App Review' that provides reviews for different app companies.
What YOU need to do is become one of their App Reviewers.
To do this you need to send them an email showing your interest and they will put you on the list for reviewing new and upcoming apps that have been released. The only requirement however is that
when you receive the 'Paid App' then you need to leave a brief review. Sometimes they will also request for you to review free apps.
