Is anyone familiar with this app? It says it has video chat rooms to chat with people. But when when I click on the room button. There are no chat rooms listed. And I paid for this app in the App Store. Thank you for any help .

First, you can go to the app listing in the AppStore and use the app support link to report your problem to the app developers.
