Backgrounder Question

Hello I have a question about backgrounder...Why is it that sometimes an app will stop running in the background without me disabling it? I'm running 3.2.2, this happened on 3.2.1 as well.

I think it is to do with the ipad running out of memory. I have the same problem and usually happens if I open a game. If it is not that then I am unsure why it happens.

Games has nothing to do with it as I make sure nothing else is running.
