I leave a lot of Frash activated links open on web pages all day doesn't seem to matter.maybe video will be a drag.to me any increased battery drain would be akin to turning on wifi or Bluetooth on my phone( which are huge battery drains) when I deem necessary. I just plug it in. It's not like I'm going to not use my Bluetooth on a long car ride because there is some new technology being developed that can circumvent it's use.once html5 is ubiquitous on the web, fine. Not really sure what difference video will make, since there is already a way tp play flash encoded video on the iPad and it acts just like any other video.
