Battery problem

Why does my battery go down when I'm charging the iPad and using it at the same time. Shouldn't more. And even when charging alone it takes along time to charged up full.

It depends on your use. If you have the screen on maximum brightness and are using processor intensive apps you may find that the charger won't keep up with the draw, particularly if you have the retina display.

I believe it takes about 12 hours to fully charge a retina display model, even if it is turned off.
