Best app for working w/ MS Office Home and Student Edition

i really need an app the works with what's listed above and gives me the ability to store files on the iPad in folders . Please HELP!!!!!!!!

Documents To Go in combination with DropBox storage is what I havw used since last June.

I second that. Docs to go (not premium) is an awesome office alt. for the iPad. Pages is ok, but some issues arise when using newer .docx files and taking them back to word.

Side note : the premium version is a scam. It claims you can edit PowerPoint docs, but it is much more limited in what you can do than keynote, the apple PowerPoint program ...
