Best app to store photos and videos

Hi, just to check any of u guys using third party albums from iTunes to store pics and vids? Must be able to sync via USB cable. Thks in advance...

I love Photo Manager Pro. It let's you make and label albums and easily move photos to and from your PC. I tried several photo album apps and this is by far the best. IMHO. Use the search function for lots more discussion.

Could anyone tell me how to save the created folders in Photo Mngr Pro from loosing them while synchronizing my iPad with iTunes? Thanks.
