Best used (cheapish) iPad for watching Netflix etc

I'm all PC or Android, but Netflix is a pain on my Tab 4 82 tablet, keeps hanging so thinking I might be better with a iPad, looking a the iPad 3 32gb 4g, but don't want to commit if I am looking at the wrong one or hove OS issues down the line.

Can anyone advise.

Most legacy ipads will play Netflix fine. However , apple is expected to release a new sub $300 ipad next week...

Thanks Brian, I can't afford to spend too much, but that does look interesting, I wonder when the UK will get them?
