Bluetooth Car Amplifier Interface??

I was reading the posting on Bluetooth speakers and thought to myself about using Bluetooth to integrate my IPad into my car (Without using the plug).

Does anyone know of a car amplifer that would "dock" with Bluetooth devices?

I was actually thinking of getting something like this:

[ame=http://www.amazon.com/Miccus-BBMR-02-BluBridge-Mini-Jack-Rx/dp/B0038MA11U/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1280158040&sr=1-1]Amazon.com: Miccus BBMR-02 BluBridge 3.5mm Mini-Jack Rx…[/ame]

My objective would be to take the output of this device (or one like it) to feed an amp. My goal is to build a set of "kicker" boxes for my 1991 Corvette. The Bose sound system, as good as it is, only has a cassette player and CD player. I want to keep the sound system original and I would like to go totally wireless since I really don't want to use one of those goofy cassette adapters.

But I am still working on it!

Thats the right idea...

I cant believe with all the Bluetooth enabled devices these days some creative engineer at Alpine doesnt suggest a basic car amp with Bluetooth reception built in....

Seems obvious...

Has anyone tried this piece? I'm using a Belkin bluetooth receiver that I modified to work 12v. The system works great, but the Belkin part doesn't automatically sync to the ipad. Everytime I get in my car I have to sync the bluetooth, it would be cool if the Miccus part was auto.
