No luck there. Bluetooth just for pairing with other iDevices, generally not for file transfer. There are some apps that promise to send photos or alike between two iDevices, when both have the app installed...

Alright.....nd can u help me deal with itunes....like wen i connected the ipad to the laptop...i synched it ...nd all the songs on the itunes or rather the ipad got into the ipad...soo hw do i like make my own list nd transfer only those songs to my ipad?

And whats with jailbreaking the ipad?...is it necessary...?

For File Sharing, you can try Airblue and Celesto. But you have to jailbreak your device. Both are good. I prefer airblue. Also it can connect not only two apple devices, but other platforms also such as android, blacberry, nokia.
