Bookmarks tab dissappearing

Hello.

Bookmarks toolbar dissappearing when scrolling through a webpage in safary on apple ipad air 2. How can I make them always visible?

There isn’t any way (that I know of). However, a quick tap at the very top of the screen will always bring the tool and tab bars back back. A second tap will return you to the top of the page.

I use both of these, a lot.
