Boy Am I in the wrong place!

Hello everyone!
I am VERY new to this. I have a PC, do not know anything about Apple products and until two weeks ago, I didn't even own a cell phone. I know, a real Luddite!

My workplace had a prize draw if you donated a dollar a week for a year from your pay to charity -- so I did and I won! A brand-spankin' new 16gb iPad 2. WOW!

My question is: What the hell do I do now? LOL

I am not totally dense. I did buy a router and my 'she-beast' ( I named my iPad) is up and running, but all the 'app' things and the difference between my PC stuff (pics, music, movies) and the MAC is all VERY CONFUSING.

Of course, no one I know can afford this wild technology, so I have no one to ask. That is how I found all of you. I am very glad you are here and I have a feeling I will be learning a great deal very fast. I am a big believer in 'people help those who help themselves", so I won't be too much of a bother, but sometimes I just need technical stuff spelled out for me.

Hi Angie- wow, you won an iPad?? You are soo lucky!! I love that you named your iPad "she-beast," by the likes of it-we should all name our iPads since we can never be apart from it for any length of time!!
