Broadcast iPad Screen on WIndows

I'm looking for a way to be able to broadcast the iPad screen to sites like JustinTV and Twitch.
For that, I guess I need to start by getting the iPad screen on my computer screen, but if I would be able to make it detect as camera, that would be awesome, that means I could directly direct it Xsplit.

Cydia apps are allowed.
