Browser problems

Hi. As a new I pad user I find myself in Bali, Indonesia on holiday. I am trying to reserve seats on our flights home but when I try in the airline site I get the following message "multiple sessions detected. Our system has detected multiple sessions from the same browser. Please help to close all the browsers and retry. For security reasons please clear your cache after each session"
As a novice user, can anyone out there tell me how to close all browsers?

Close Safari. Them close it in the multitask bar.

Go to Settings/Safari and clear cache and cookies.

Restart Safari and it should work.
