Bug Village?

I've been playing bug village since i got my ipad 2 which was last week
Now i need neighbours and friends in order to complete some goals but the problem is that it doesn't connect online, all other games do :S
Every time it tries to connect it says connection fail so i have to play offline
I tried turning ipad off, resetting etc
Any ideass why this is happeningg??
