Calendar colour-blocks

Hi

I'm new to this forum, having just bought an iPad.

I'm trying to create a year-plan on Calendar to show blocks of work/free time/holiday, but all the blocks are the same colour - yellow!

Can anyone tell me how I can change the colours so I can have a different colour for different purposes on the year-view?

Open calender.Select calenders top left corner.

Then select edit,add calender,name it and choose a colour.
