Calendar sync issues

I am trying to sync the calendars on my android phone and my iPad. If I put new event in the calendar on my phone it will show up in the calendar on my iPad (great). However, when I put a new event in the calendar on my iPad it never makes it over to my phone. Driving me crazy. Does anyone know why this happens and/or if there is anything I can do to close the loop?

Go to settings....check the calendars...your phone or iPad may have created a new calendar and you dont have sow all calendars checked.
