You probably mean photo stream and camera roll?

Photo stream is in the icloud server storage and enables two idevices to synch photos and backup as long as they use the same Apple ID,

camera roll is the resident location of photos taken or saved on the idevice.

Im sorry, ive never heard of camera stream, amyberta. I have camera roll, photo library and wallpaper.

Camera roll is pictures you take with your ipad camera, pictures downloaded from the net, sometimes spare theme wallpapers can be stored here.

Photo library is pictures you have uploaded from your pc.

Wallpaper is were themed wallpapers are normally stored.
