Can an iPad sync with any program other than iTunes?

I just got an iPad 2 the other day and have a big problem. I can't download iTunes to my computer because I get this error:

"iTunes64Setup (8).exe - Bad Image

C:\Users\Dan\Downloads\msi.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support."


I don't have any idea what that means and I've looked it up and tried to find answers but I can't figure it out. Any suggestions on how to fix this error or like I asked in the thread title, is there any other way I can sync music to my new iPad? This is killing me lol.

Where are you downloading it from ? What version of windows are you running? You may need the 32 bit version instead of the 64bit version.

Im downloading it from the iTunes website, if that is what you were asking. And I'm running Windows 7 on a 64 bit laptop.

It's not iTunes - it's your computer. You've got a problem with your msi.dll file.
