After trying over and over it finally took my apple I'd as the password.

I was just going to say to use your Apple ID password. Glad it worked out for you...and hope your JB issue in the iPhoneForums gets resolved.

thank you, finally found an answer though google, simple, turn on airplane mode, turn it off, hard reset. Worked
