Can i convert the out of sync video to iPad?

[FONT=&quot]Hi all. I'm running Handbrake and trying to convert FLV videos downloaded from YouTube to MP4 for my iPad, but the original video seems have a little bit problem. The audio is not in sync with the video. Handbrake could do nothing in this case. Any suggestions? [/FONT]
