Can i have one app in two folders?

I like to group my associated apps together into their own folders. Is there a way for me to place one app into two separate folders? I basically want my calculator app in my productivity and finance folders . I'm able to drags and drop into one folder, but the concept of shortcuts on apple products is foreign to me.

Any help would be appreciated.
