Can I run Java SE programs under Safari on iPad 3 ?

I have an iPad3 on order and will be developing iPad applications.

I need to access the old programs which are Java SE based.

Can I run the old Java SE programs under Safari on the iPad3 ?

I guess I can purchase Cloud Browse for $2.99. Has anyone tried Cloud Browse ?
