If you find the NFL app on your Apple TV, go to the Settings within the app. You'll find the instructions how to login with your account, if you have one. This can be done using an iPad or another device. You'll have to enter a kind of code that will be displayed, and then you'll be able to use the app on your Apple TV, and watch the Super Bowl.
