Cannot add subfolder to email account

Hi, I have a ipad 2 and are trying to add a subfolder to my email account, I have tried the following: In mailboxes I clicked on inbox ( where I want to add the subfolder) and edit, the following options appear: " delete, mark and move".. No option to add folder. When I scroll down there is also no accounts section to edit. I have a pop account. Any suggestions?

That's just how Pop accounts are, some carriers allow for you to change to imap, which will allow folders. Have a look at this link.
