Cannot watch live sport

I watched live sport on my laptop on ]FirstRow Live Football Stream | Watch Live Football Online | Live Soccer Stream[/url], but cannot on my iPad. I keep being asked to download (iLivid free download manager. I have never needed iLivid before, why do I need it on the iPad? I am new to the iPad and just trying to learn, any help appreciated.
