Cant buy icloud storage??

Hi, I'm trying to buy more icloud storage and when i tap buy nothing happens?. I can't even view my account information to check its correct. Any ideas? Thanks

It could be some temporary problem that will disappear with time.

It seems you were right! After weeks of it not working, the day before I was going to take it into the apple store, it worked. Weird.
