Cant buy music on itunes

I live in South Africa and I could not buy movies or music on iTunes until I create an Account using United states address then it allowed me to use my credit card and buy what ever I was looking for. Now a ran out of credit and I wanted to purchase more staff but it does not allow me, saying my bank address is not the same as the billing one.
The thing is if I use iTunes using the South African Account it does not show any movies and music. Please some one help!
