Can't find an App. To add the Date on the top bar next to the time.

Only a Jail broken ipad can do this and the app is called SBSettings

There's a free app called Today Clock. It puts the day and date in the Notification Center which can be pulled down at the top of the iPad screen. I use it and like it.

I love it But the clock is in milatery time. Can't find option to change it.

It can be changed. open the SBSettings app then SBSettings options then slide the 24 hour slider to off.
