I'm looking for an app (American Airlines) that according to the App Store AND Google Play Store is installed, but I can't find it anywhere!!!!! How can I find it?
And.....why oh why is there no option to display the apps icons alphabetically??? I know I can physically move them one-by-one, but that's ridiculous. I tried the Settings > General > Reset malarkey, but that also puts a bunch of them in my Home page that I then have to move back. Help, please?!?!?!
UPDATE: Never mind, once I did the Reset, it appeared. Mysteries never cease...........
