I can't get my iPad to sync under settings, general, wifi sync and then select sync now. It is greyed out and I can't select it. Do I need to switch anything else on?
In iTunes with your device connected, select your device. In the middle screen of iTunes select the "info" tab. This will bring up a menu screen that lets you check the info that you want to sync (contacts, calendars,etc) IMPORTANT: scroll down on this page and under the "options" section check the box that says "sync with wi-fi sync" Check all the appropriate boxes and sync. Make sure you are connected to the same WiFi network as your computer is connected to. Also your device has to be conected a power source.
