Can't install Gridlock

When I try to get Gridlock from Cydia, it tells me that I am Unable to Purchase - This Program requires iPhoneOS 3.[01]l4

Will this run on iPad?

Yes, works fine on an iPad.
The latest is 1.2.4-1 from BigBoss and it is 4.2.1 compatible.

Ah, sorry, you didn't say. It was never 3.2.2 compatible I think... You'll need to go up to 4.2.1...
