Can't open links through email

I've cleared my history and cookies and still unable to open any we page or links through email. I have to copy and paste onto a new page or open up the page itself. Please help!!

Hi, welcome to iPF!

Maybe a reset will help. It won't remove any data or settings on your device.

To reset: press and hold Home and Power button until the Apple logo appears. Release both and let the iPad power up on it's own.
