cant restore ipad2 error 9

Hello,

I set my ipad9 in DFU mode
connected to the latest version of itunes under windows 7
I click restore and update
all the process starts to the point
it says waiting for ipad
apple appears on ipad screen and the progress bar too
bud suddenly omn itunes appears
cant reastore ipad unknown error (9)
I tried reboot pc, tried many DFU same exact problem every time
what can I do ?

Have you tried hard resetting the iPad by pressing and holding the home and power button simultaneously for about 10-20 seconds? It may help.

yes I did that too

now the ipad is like factory reset it need to be restored in order to work and problem is that the restore halts as soon as apple logo and status bar appear on ipad screen as soon as restore starts

Does this happen only in case of restoring through your PC? If its true, and you have the latest iCloud backup, try restoring from there. Good luck!

Rare as it is, the bottom line may well be a hardware problem, but other possibilities need to be eliminated first.
As indicated in abs' helpful link, you should make a point to check whether any security files on your Win7 are active and could be interfering with the restore download? Error 9 seems to be directly related to security software configuration.
