Citrix & juniper

I try to get access to my corporate network with my Ipad, using the Citrix Receiver App.
The problem is that my company uses Juniper for controlling the access to Citrix.
The connection fails due to the fact that Windows Secure Application Manager doesn’t allow it when the exe files dsSamProxy.exe is running together with dsSamUI.exe.
Questions: How to solve the problem?. Are these exe files available for Ipad ?
