Cleaning app?

Is there'd an app like ccleaner for the iPad? Is that even necessary? I just dint want junk building up slowing down my iPad.

Dontunderstandmyipad introduced me to an app last night called xsysinfo ,$1.99 on the store , that closes background stuff and helped speed up my Ipad 1 quite a bit vs the tried and true double tap the home button and close open apps manually and/or the shut down holding home and sleep buttons at the same time for a while. I've got it set to "shake Ipad closes everything"

what about defragmentation or malware scans? do ipads even need this kind of maintenance?
