Clearing cookies?

problems today accessing my bank online via ipad2, kept saying it was temp offline.

Checked the FAQ advice, basically says dump browser cookies as these causes auto fill security issues, so how is this achieved?

If you're using Safari, go into main Settings > Safari > Clear Cookies. You can clear History as well as Cache (clearing Cache will help free up some RAM)

In any other browser, the settings (gear icon) should be within the app (probably along the top somewhere).
