complex pdf files with "hot" links

Help needed

I do have complex pdf files with integrated/embeddec hot links to
- web sites
- google earth
- mp4 videos

With i books the links to web sites do work perfectly

all other links to
- google earth
- mp4 videos
do not work

remark: the mp4 videos I have uploaded via i tunes to my i pad

Can somebody help me - thanks in advance
