Conducting Meetings

I have a 1st generation ipad and wanted to know if there are any apps that will allow me to conduct remote meetings similar to using GotoMeeting. GotoMeeting has an app but it's only to join a meeting but not to conduct one.

You can also use skype for meeting just use group chat then you are now good to conduct your meeting.
