Connecting ipad 2 to my toshiba hdmi tv

Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong? I am using an AV adapter along with the hdmi cable. I am plugging into the back of the tv. Not sure which "source" to use on the tv, but I've tried them all.

Ok the issue is resolved. I chose HDMI 3 and then rebooted my tv and cable box while the ipad was connected. Hopefully, this will help someone else in the future.

Glad you got it resolved...same exact thing happened to me!
