Hello and welcome to the forum! Unfortunately, your rather terse request is of little use; please provide MUCH more information: 1) What iPad model do you own; 2) What iOS is installed on that iPad; 3) Do you have a local Wi-Fi network (typically requires an ISP broadband service and a router); and 4) What are your PC specifics?

NOW, just guessing, if you have a local (i.e. home) Wi-Fi network, have you tried to connect using the iPad? Let me stop there and allow you to respond - Dave
