In trying to add new app, the following message came up- ConnectionManager::invoke:: Failed to find service connection URL..... How can I fix this

Go to App Store - Featured, scroll down to your Apple ID and sign out. Then sign in again with your existing Apple ID. Try to download the app.
In addition, you could reboot your iPad: press Home button and Power button at the same time until the Apple logo appears.
