Considering an iPad Pro purchase

I am considering purchasing the Pro. I currently own Air 2.

I would like to set up the Pro from the backup from Air 2. My question: How can I establish an Apple account for my wife and transfer the apps purchased under my account, without buying again? She would have different email & Apple ID. account. Is it possible to share my apps? Many thanks for assistance.

Apple has Family Sharing, which will allow you to share your iTunes and App Store purchases with your wife even if she has her own Apple ID. Family Sharing - Apple Support
