How do you get Calculator, Flashlight and AirPlay on the Control Center?

Calculator and flashlight are only in the control center on the iPhone. AirPlay will not appear unless you have an Apple TV, Airport Express, or AirPort Extreme sharing the same WiFi network. Here's the Apple page on Airplay.http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4437
